I carved up those Santa Monica bosses with ease, and every other boss since then. Playing this character is like playing the game how it was meant to be played. It also works surprisingly well in stealth situations and I completed the museum and model citizen quests with ease even though I only had a sneaking level of 1. Playing this character is like operating a high-speed blender.Ĭelerity is absolutely fantastic (think Matrix) being great for offensive capabilities and also good for defense because you can outrun bullets and enemy melee attacks. To say this guy is an unstoppable killing machine would be a gross understatement, and the best part is that he requires very little blood and very little thought to be effective, unlike the exotic spell casters that have a huge reliance on blood, especially when fighting bosses. So I dumped him after starting LA downtown and started again with the opposite end of the spectrum: Brujah. Using my memory of the later bosses to come I knew this guy would only get worse, not better.

Even after I had maxed out blood magic I was quite underwhelmed with the lack of power and huge reliance on blood. The best I could do is run around and fire blood bolts while hoping like hell they didn't get close to melee my ass. Having done so I quickly started realizing this class is hopeless for melee and I was already getting my ass handed to me by the Santa Monica bosses like the Asian Vampire. So I started playing this fantastic game again a few days ago and I thought I'd try being Tremere this time compared with being Ventrue last time. Mod restores a lot of missing content that was cut from final game, and also makes gameplay/design changes.
